We have a huge range of doors from single and double, To part or fully glazed with options of different sized Georgian bars also.
Windows are available again as singles or doubles, fixed, openable, tilt & turn and with Georgian bars to match your chosen doors.
As always we consider the location of these to ensure that your log cabin is structurally sound.
You will see red dotted markers and measurements on the specific walls that show how close the window or door can be to any corners or dividing walls
Positioning
Positioning of your log cabins windows and doors can take a bit of thinking about (on your behalf) , But we give you the tools to build exactly the design you want, just give us a call if you need some help working through the process.
As you will see all windows and doors are priced
so as you work through your cabin design you can stick to your budget or amend as you wish.
The total cost of your cabin with windows and doors includes delivery, (to mainland UK) the prices shown for windows and doors are only for delivery with a cabin. We are not able to accept window and door only orders at the stated prices. Please contact us should you require to order W & D’s separately.
Engineered Glulam Timbers
The engineered Glulam timbers used prevent the windows and doors from twisting or bowing.
As with all timber finished products we recommend that treatment is done as soon as possible after the cabin has been built.
A lacquered finish really brings out the grain of the wood,
Or for a more personalised finish then opt for a painted finish.
Tilt & Turn
window mechanisms offer great versatility. All windows open inwards hinged on either the left or right.
The tilt feature works by releasing a catch enabling the window to be hinged,at the bottom.
The opening space at the head of the window is approximately 150mm,
A great feature for letting some air into the cabin on those rainy days,
 Also great for security as the window cannot be opened any more from the outside
Glazed units in our windows and doors are 24mm CE approved
something you normally have to pay extra for with other cabin manufacturers.
Hardware
All hardware is of quality German origin including the locking system, handles and premium adjustable hinges. The hinges have a cap lock system in Brown to keep the fixtures from the elements.
The coated aluminium drip trays finish the window off perfectly.
